Questions Can I wakeboard/ski behind your jet
skis? How often do I need to fill up the jet skis with
gas? What are the age requirements for operating a PWC
(Personal Watercraft) in Utah?
Can I pay cash for my security
deposit? Yes, cash is an acceptable form of payment for your security
deposit, but you must also provide a valid major credit card number at equipment
checkout.
Do I need a driver's license to rent any of your
equipment? Yes, a valid U.S. driver's license is needed to rent any
of our equipment.
Do you have the best prices in Utah? Rent our
equipment with confidence, knowing that you will always get the best rates in
Utah. We will match any competitor's current printed brochure or Web site
prices. If you find a lower printed price on the same kind of rental equipment,
we will match that price and drop ours by $1 per day. We want you to know that
not only are you going to have the finest equipment available, but that you are
getting the best prices as well.
Do you offer a service to drop off and pick up the rental
equipment? Yes, we do offer the option to drop off your rental
equipment to  most lakes  and  reservoirs in the state of
Utah.  Please call us toll-free at (866) 400-1973 for pricing and
availability to pick up and/or drop off your rental equipment. 
What accessories do you provide with your
rentals? All of our  boats come equipped with a throw pad,
fire extinguisher, oars, buoys, state registration, ropes, anchors and first aid
kits.  All of our personal watercraft come with a fire extinguisher, state
registration and anchor bags.  Life vests are available for $5/day
each.    Utah  law requires each passenger aboard to have a life
jacket.  All of our ATVs come with state registration.  Helmets with
goggles  are  available for $5/day  each.     
Utah state law requires every rider to wear a helmet and goggles.  Extra
5-gallon gas cans are available for $5/day to rent.  We also offer a
variety of water accessories, such as wakeboards, tubes,
kneeboards, combo skis, slalom skis and wake surf boards.
How much is the security deposit for my rental
equipment? All rentals require a security (damage) deposit when you
pick up the equipment, according to the following:
- 2006 Centurion Elite V C4 Air Warrior Boat: $2000
- 2006 Sea Doo GTI Jet Ski: $1000
- 2006 Yamaha Kodiak 450 ATV: $1000
- Wakeboards/Bindings, Skis, Tubes or Kneeboards: $50
All security
deposits will be authorized by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or
American Express) or cash deposit at the time of rental pick-up. This deposit
will be refunded 100%  as long as  the equipment is returned clean and
undamaged - excepting normal wear - with all inventories intact. We do not
accept checks as a form of payment for security deposits.
Debit cards
(check cards), even those with Visa or MasterCard symbols can not be used for
deposits unless the card is actually charged. The amount charged will be
refunded when the rental items are returned without incident. Since we are
charged a fee by credit card companies for this transaction, the transaction
amount will be subject to a 3.5% fee. This policy applies only to debit/check
cards, not credit cards.
How old do I need to be to rent your equipment? You must
be at least 21 years old.

What is your cancellation policy? Please refer to our
terms and
conditions.
What size of towing ball and light adapter plug do I
need? You will need a 2" ball to tow any of our rental equipment
(boats, personal watercraft and ATV). The 4-pin light adapter is needed to
provide lights to the trailer. We do have light adapters available to rent, if
needed.
What other equipment/accessories do you
rent? Wakeboards, kneeboards, 2-skis, slalom skis and a variety of
fun tubes are also available to rent from us. Please see a list of all rental equipment.
What time do I pick up and drop off the equipment? You
may pick up the rental equipment as early as 7:00 am on the first day of your
rental period. Everything must be returned by 6:00 pm on the final day of your
rental period to avoid paying late fees. You will be charged a half-day rental
if you are more than 15 minutes late. There are no refunds for early
returns.  It may be possible to pick up your rental equipment the night
before, call  (801) 489-8697 for availability.
What type of vehicle is needed to tow my rental
equipment? Wave Runner (Jet Ski) Rental: Any vehicle with towing
capabilities Wakeboarding Boat Rental or ATV Rentals: Minimum V6 Engine with
a 4000 lb towing capacity (V8 recommended) and towing capabilities.

Can I wakeboard/ski behind your jet skis? Yes, our
rental jet skis are powerful enough to pull a skier behind them. However, you
must have another person to observe (other than the driver) on the jetski to
hold the up the orange flag when the skier is in the water.
How often do I need to fill up the jet skis with
gas? When the tank is full, our jet skis will generally run between
6-8 hours depending on your speed and the duration of your ride.
What are the age requirements for operating a PWC (Personal
Watercraft) in Utah? Persons 12 to 17 years of age may operate a PWC
(Jet Ski, Waverunner, Sea Doo, etc.) alone, provided: Under Utah's boating law,
personal watercraft (PWC) operators, between the ages of 12 and 17, are required
to complete a boating education course, approved and accepted by the Division,
before they can operate a PWC alone.

In
addition to the education requirement, operators 12-15 years of age must be
under direct supervision (within sight at a distance in which visual contact is
maintained by the adult responsible for the young boat operator) of a person
under 18 years of age. A person less than 18 years of age who has not met the
above requirements may not operate a PWC unless accompanied on board by a person
at least 18 years of age.
